“I bought this scent without really knowing the company as I usually purchase my fragrances from a different supplier. I had a last minute order for some lotions and realized I didn’t have any whiskey scent available and I have to confess I purchased this one because it was going to be the one I could get faster. When I received this fragrance I was extremely surprised that as soon as I opened the bottle I was definitely smelling whiskey (I swear it smells like the true liquor) I went to their website and found the safe usage rate for lotions, which was between 7-11% for lotions and proceed to start making my product. Since the smell was very strong in the bottle I only used 5% just to be safe, but to my surprise once I finished my lotions, this scent settled into a beautiful, elegant and not overbearing fragrance that I immediately loved!!!!! Now I know that I can go higher than 5% but wow as soon as I put the lotion on my skin I loved it even more! I will try it next time in cold process soap and see how it behaves, hopefully it will not accelerate the trace but at least knowing (based on the information on their website) that it doesn’t contain vanilla at least I know it will not change the color on the soap. The only suggestion I have is to provide information precisely on how the fragrance behave in cold process but for now I am switching my other whiskey fragrance for this one, because it definitely smells amazing in lotions. I will also try it on my wax melts to see how the scent holds in it. You have a new customer based on this experience ❤️ Shipping was extremely fast and I will look for other fragrances in their catalog as well!
